SUPERSTAR Tom Cruise was a guest of honour as Rangers took on Seville in the Champions League last night.

The Jerry Maguire star sat in the Gers director's box in the Spanish city with wife Katie Holmes and actress Cameron Diaz.

And the trio - sitting behind Rangers legend John Greig, former chairman John McClelland and chief executive Martin Bain - watched a real life mission impossible.

Rangers had already been knocked out the Champions League - and lost 1-0 thanks to a penalty from the Seville side who topped their group.
